Hand-crafted from our proprietary Built for Adventure, Built to Last quad-blend of organic cotton, super rugged ballistic nylon, PET (recycled/upcycled water bottles), and Freedom of Movement elastane, our new Tobacco Browns are ready for anything life throws your way. To get an accurate measurement, zip the zipper, button the button, lay them down flat and measure across the very top to get the actual waist (then double it). Then order your Buletprufes based on that measurement.

Our Adventure Fit is a classic, straight cut, roomy but not loose through the thighs and then straight from the knee down to the ankle.

Our Slim Fit is a little more fitted through the thighs, but still with enough room to move, and then tapers from the knee to a narrower ankle. Tailored, fitting, but definitely not "skinny."

What are your pants made from?

- We use a proprietary nylon, cotton, polyester, and spandex quad-blend fabric that we developed in house.

What is the difference between Bulletprufe chinos and jeans?

- The only difference between the chinos and the jeans is the pockets. They are both made from the same Bulletprufe Quad-Blend Fabric and fit the same. The chinos have slit side pockets with a large coin/cell phone pocket on the right side and slit rear pockets with an interior pocket bag. They're just as durable as our denim, but a tad more formal. Our jeans are a standard five-pocket. 

What is the difference between Bulletprufe Slim Fits and the Adventure Fits?

- The slims are a more tapered fit, though by no means "skinny." For a 32" waist, the slims measure 24.5" at the thigh and 15" at the ankle. The Adventure Fits are more like a typical straight fit and measure 26" at the thigh and 17" at the ankle.

"Absolute 10/10. These 6th Gen Kush Denims are easily the most comfortable pants I own. I picked up the Olive Green, and the color is even better in person—it’s the perfect earthy tone that hides trail dust well. ​I’ve been wearing these as my daily drivers, and they haven't let me down once. The Slim Fit is dialed in perfectly; it gives a clean, sharp silhouette without being restrictive. While they feel built like a tank, the "Kush" denim is surprisingly soft and breathes well. ​I use these every time I go overlanding in my truck. They have the perfect amount of stretch for climbing in and out of the rig and staying comfortable during long hauls behind the wheel. They’ve also become my go-to for hiking. Unlike standard jeans, these don't chafe or feel heavy, and they handle brush and rocks like a champ. ​There is literally nothing I don't like about these pants. Sizing has changed

"I have had two pairs of slim fit jeans from Bulletprufe previously. One pair is long gone but I wore them HARD for years before they died. My other pair of slim fits are still going strong and fit great. They’re the only jeans that survive regular bike riding. I also have a pair of adventure fit Bulletprufes that are perfectly roomy but not as flattering. I love these jeans. Bulletprufe are truly some of the best jeans you can get. Sadly, I ordered two pairs during Black Friday shenanigans and these pairs fit much tighter in the thighs than past pairs… too tight to be comfortable. I’m 6’1” 200 lbs athletic build and ordered 33 waists and 34 length. Waists and but fits great. Thighs are crammed. Should have gotten adventure fit. I’ve worn both pairs so they can’t be returned… not sure if they’ll break in but we’ll see. Hard to spend on high end jeans and get stuck with the wrong size."
