Shipping policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of ship-date. Please note that items returned without original packaging/tags will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final on Closeout/Clearance/Sidewalk/Flash Sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange. Items covered in animal hair, damaged, stained, or in otherwise unsellable condition will not be accepted. Items bought with a discount code or on sale are not eligible for cash refund; exchange or store credit only. We do not accept returns of exchange items. The cost of any provided return label will be deducted from credit/refund. Any exchange items returned will be issued a gift card less a 15% restocking fee. Because they are made-to-order, our Oil-Waxed items are not eligible for cash refunds; store credit or exchange only. All orders returned for a refund will be charged a 15% processing/restocking fee. Any final-sale items returned to us will be issued a gift card less a 15% processing fee. All returned exchanges will be issued a gift card less a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges on final-sale items are at our sole discretion and will be charged a 15% processing fee plus postage.
